Export your giving from Givelify

Run a Donations data export from Reports in the Givelify Analytics Studio.

Where: Givelify website on a computer (not the Givelify phone app)

Steps

    Go to givelify.com, click Log In and sign in to your church's account.

    In the menu on the left of the Analytics Studio, click Reports.

  3. 03

    Under Data export reports, choose Donations. This lists every gift, one per row, with the donor's details.

  4. 04

    Choose your date range. We suggest the last 18 to 24 months.

  5. 05

    Choose CSV as the file type and generate the report.

  6. 06

    When it's ready, download it from your report history.

Good to know

Then upload it to Giving Steward

  1. In the app, open Data sources and choose to upload a CSV file.
  2. Pick the file you just downloaded. We'll guess which column is which, like gift ID, giver ID, amount and date.
  3. Check the matches, fix any that look wrong, and import. Uploading the same file again later updates your data instead of doubling it.
  4. Press Run agent at the top of the app to look for families who may need care.

Givelify sometimes renames its menus. If a step doesn't match what you see, check Givelify's own help article or contact us.
