We've spent our careers building tools for churches: giving platforms, sermon tools, training and conferences for church leaders. Over and over we saw the same quiet problem. A card expires, a gift fails, a family slowly drifts, and no one notices until months later.
Behind every change in giving is a person. It might be a job loss, a move, an illness or a season of doubt. Sometimes it's just a card that needs updating. We built Giving Steward so church teams notice these moments early and choose how to respond: a phone call, a visit, a warm email, or simply giving someone space.
Justin has spent most of his career serving the church. He was Director of Communications at Mars Hill Church in Seattle during a season of rapid growth, and later Director of Marketing at Tithely, one of the largest church giving companies in the world, where he helped bring more than 20,000 churches onto the platform and launched the Modern Church Leader Conference.
Along the way he founded and sold three companies for church leaders — That Church Conference, the SundayU training platform and Church Requests — and he's written books and spoken at conferences on church communication. Today he also works as a fractional marketing leader for mission-driven organizations.

He's a three-time founder with more than 15 years in software and social media. He grew one of the first Christian Facebook communities past 5 million followers and built design software used by more than 200,000 people.
