How it works
Giving Steward watches your church's recurring giving, notices when something changes, and helps your team respond with care. People stay in charge at every step.

Giving Steward looks across every recurring gift for eight kinds of change, from an expired card to giving that slowly tapers off. Each one becomes a finding with the evidence behind it.
AI reads each finding alongside your pastoral notes and suggests whether to reach out or leave the family alone. It only suggests. A person on your team makes every decision.
Drafts are written in the voice of a real person at your church and never mention dollar amounts. You review and approve before anything is sent, or turn on automatic sequences for simple cases like expired cards.
When a giver replies, every automatic email to that household stops right away. Giving Steward reads the reply, routes it to the right person as a care task, and never writes back on its own.
When giving resumes or a failed gift goes through, Giving Steward notices at the next sync and credits the recovery carefully, so your numbers reflect what really happened.
Eight signals, each with its own suggested next step. Most changes in giving have a simple, kind explanation — these just make sure someone notices.
A recurring gift stopped because the card on file expired.
A card is about to expire, so you can reach out before a gift fails.
A scheduled gift failed without anyone noticing.
A recurring gift was paused.
Gifts are coming less often over time.
A recurring gift was lowered.
Overall giving has dropped compared with before.
A regular giver hasn't given in a long while.
Prayer requests, hardship, questions and visits become care tasks assigned to a person. Tasks open 7 days or more are flagged as overdue so no one falls through the cracks.
Before a call or visit, print a one-page brief with recent contact, conversation starters and things to avoid. Every summary is tied back to a real note.
See giving at risk, the review queue, open care tasks, recent automatic emails and recent recoveries in one place, arranged the way you like.
Security and AI
Each church's data is kept separate, all traffic is encrypted, and giver data is never sold or used for advertising. Card and bank numbers never reach our AI.
Screening, reading replies, email drafts, Visit briefs and voice setup run on Gloo AI Studio, an AI platform made for churches and ministries. If Gloo is ever unavailable, OpenAI models through Lovable AI step in so nothing gets stuck.
